My eating habits have gone out the window since the end of college. Well, I ate bad in college too….
I have decided to try the No Sugar, No Flour diet just till Saturday. Just to get me back to being the lovely health freak that I like to be. I figure it would help me make better choices but I don’t think I could give up sugar forever. Wait no, I know I can’t. Everything in moderation, right? 😉
