Last Summer I accomplished my goal of running 10 k. I would do 5-6 km, 4 times a week.
However, Since school started it went from 4 times a week to 3 times a week. Then it was 2 times a week. Eventually just stopped running all together.
I decided with soccer starting up soon, that it was time to start running again. I could only do 2 km and it sucked. It seemed like all the work I did last summer is gone. It hurt and sucked.
I want to be good at it again. It was fun, enjoyable with a little bit of pain. I will put all my effort to get back to where I was last summer. I am going to set a goal now, To run 15 km by the end of this summer. And oo ya, Stay with it when the school year starts.
